Over the recent years it seems as though you might be hard pressed to find a brand that hasn't collaborated with the mighty North Face. For example Comme Des Garcons have had a go, as have Medicom and of course the WORLD FAMOUS Supreme!

Obviously North Face's main aim is to provide the customer with outerwear to withstand some of the harshest weather conditions imaginable. However, recently this idea hasn’t necessarily been of paramount importance as North Face jackets in particular have become a staple item of clothing for the fashion forward. Only the other day did I see that Urban Outfitters have started stocking them. No longer are they simply available down your local Millets or Blacks camping stores.

North Face X Supreme – Summit Series

Brrrr it's certainly chappin' around these ways ...

There's a summery feel about this song ... listen to it and think of warmer places and times!

Thanks to HYPEBEAST for the North Face photos.
North Face X Supreme – Summit Series
ReplyDeleteI need.
Nah man. I think they're the worst ones.
ReplyDeleteThe North Face x Supreme stuff is horrible. Will be bought and sold at stupid prices due to the supreme tag. Nothing nice about any of this collection.
ReplyDeleteNorth Face has been the jacket of choice for every gang of scally teenage cunts hanging round on street corners in Liverpool for aaaages.
ReplyDeleteThe stupid hats are a staple as well. The look is usually being clad head to toe in black with half your face covered.
If places like Urban Outfitters are starting to stock it down south as a fashion item then that's hilarious.
Nobody into fashion up here would touch North face with a barge pole.
Cultural differences mate, The North Face 'Denali' fleeces used for this years collab are incredibly popular around US college girls yet in New York the TNF down jacket is a winter staple for many.
ReplyDeleteTNF will always been known for its superior technical properties and fabrics, amazing quality and construction
Personally the best Supreme collab was the first summet series with the panelled colour-ways but yeah the $900 re-sale prices are ridiculous
we just got a new North Face shop in Birmingham, bought a good jacket from there!
ReplyDeleteshame they sell it in urban outfitters though! topman next
North Face is Psychogeography man ...
ReplyDeleteI always loved north face is a NY classic....
ReplyDeleteNorthFace stuff these days is shit, i've got a northface but it's one from the late 90's!
ReplyDeleteI love supreme but i'm not feeling them jackets
'THOSE' jackets not 'THEM' jackets.
ReplyDeleteIm not an English teacher but please internet grammar these days is getting worse and worse!
I agree with Witts the earlier collaborations with Supreme were much better than the more recent ones. I'm really not sure what made them put a print like that on a jacket.
Northface jackets are bad nuff said
