Cineroleum

A few weeks ago I noticed some action at the disused petrol station on Clerkenwell Road. Turns out it was some overly talented young artists, designers and architects setting up their pop-up cinema (yes more pop-up activity, I said this is the future).

Got hooked up with some tickets so I headed down to check out the set up...

Unfortunately I didn't research the film they were showing and 'Barbarella' isn't for me so we left after 20mins. Other than the film the cinema is amazing, the students have really put the work in to transform a petrol station into a cinema with all the works including homemade stadium seats, pick 'n' mix, and retro outfits for the staff.

It's worth heading down especially when all tickets are just £5. And they're showing a variety of films.
