Release dates for the diary

Over the next couple of weeks and months digital stores will be getting flooded with another batch of superb instrumental grime releases from a broad spectrum of producers.

One of the sooner releases to look out for is the 'Curry Chips EP' from Spooky which comes out on April 24th and is the 5th release on The Pitch Controller Records Label.

The tracklisting boasts Teddy's huge remix of Spooky's instrumental; 'Spartan.'

Other tracks include; 'Rapid Response,' 'Curry Chips' and my personal favorite on the EP; 'Suicide Attempt' which you'll be familiar with from Kwam's track 'My Name is Kwam' off the 'Fresh Out The Box EP Vol 2.'

Next up is the debut release from Preditah, a Midlands based producer whose tracks have been tearing up many a radio and club set in recent months.

His 4 track instrumental release entitled the 'Solitaire EP,' is out digitally on May 1st via Stay Fresh.

My personal favorite on this release is 'Big Wok' which people will most likely be familiar with from when JME, Shorty and Tre Mission freestyled over it about a month ago.

The next date for your diary is May 13th which sees a debut release from Faze Miyake and his 6 track 'Take Off EP' out on Woofer Music.

This is yet another very strong release which features some huge beats that have been getting battered by loads of DJ's and MC's in recent weeks and months on radio and in the clubs.

Tracklisting includes; 'Take Off,' 'Bawse,' 'Jump,' 'Blackberry,' 'Screwdriver,' and 'Bawse Remix' by Splurt.
