'Real Gold was formed in the summer of 2006 but it was in that winter in which we really came together. Our first release, RG00001A, came out in time for Halloween and in December we held our very first party, in a warehouse in Hackney Wick.
The collective has had a roller-coaster 3 years; putting on a range of infamous parties and club nights across the capital and hosting some of the very best new music talent, launching FUN magazine, opening a pop-up store and releasing records and t-shirts along the way.
We've made money, then lost it all. We've taken things seriously, and not seriously enough. But thankfully, one thing that has remained constant is staying true to what we originally set out for the collective to do; make a noise about things we love.
On Saturday 12th December we are going back to basics and putting on RGEVENT00010, our 3rd birthday party, in an exclusive 500 capacity warehouse in Dalston. We have invited a sterling collection of our favourite DJs, from our past and those we hope to work with in our
future.
We'd love you to come and celebrate with us.
