Mob Handed..

Last night, me, Jack, Josh, Greg & Aaron ventured out to 'Bread' (Presented by Butterz) at Under The Bridge.. with the promise of grime/dubstep/garage and live art. We got there early after a conversation with the promoter.. Soon after we made our way downstairs and bought our drinks we were ushered back upstairs, seemingly without reasoning, until news filtered through that there had been a fight outside the place and some guy was making idle threats so they had decided to lock the night off.. Hold tight K-Nite & Skillit (London Eye showaman) though, and Elijah for putting the night together.. shame it didn't go through, but there's gonna be a second attempt soon, hopefully without mindless violence as a sideshow..

Open-minded thrill seekers that we are, instead of calling it a night we roamed the streets looking for a next discoteque. We stood outside 93 Feet East for a matter of minutes, when I told everyone Roll Deep & Brazen were performing, nobody wanted to take the risk on this information - so we departed, but can someone please tell me if they were actually there, just for piece of mind.

Then the lure of Camberwell seaped through our minds and we decided to reach 'Redstar' a new night.. Got there (minus Jack (he was in bits (probably))) after much public transportation and crossed the threshold. Hold tight Bonnie on the door. It was a very strange crowd but the music was roundly appreciated by the remaining gang members.. It was one of those rare occasions when living in South London actually worked in my favour, normally a trek ensues on departure from venues.. Extended props to Greg, who got home at 6am, and still made it to Church in the morning. Which reminds me - Happy Easter. Hold tight Legoman who phoned me up and reported he was transporting an Easter Egg, I told him to bring it out but apparently homie doesn't play that. Final hold tight - Med Damon.

One more thing - Ali Shaheed gig tonight in Kilburn?? I'm not going but you should!!

ONE MORE THING - Next weekend - Dirty Canvas/Night Slugs/Chock-A-Block.. BNTL All Star Weekend, we're all forming on some Voltron sheez. Ghetto + Special Guests (fingers firmly crossed for DEVLIN).. I don't think anything else needs to be said, the Mid-landers are even coming down for it.
