All over a torch . . well not really

I slyly found this funny, never has there been so much commotion before or during the Olympics (actually i lie black salute at the 1968 Olympics, the Munich massacre 1972 and 1996s bombing in in Atlanta)

But enough of the history lesson what u really wanna see is
Konnie from "blue peter" getting moved to for the Olympic torch.

protester getting moved out the way like he was on ice skates (34th sec)

Next levels some one reached for the smoke bomb, hold tight the hooligan/protester's new world order and all of that.

Now i personally ain't a fan of the fact that China was awarded the Olympics.
Due to there treatment of Tibet and the way they run things in there country with a iron fist and a lack of human rights.
But do we need to involve and highlight this through sport ?
This seems to be a re a curring thing with governments, and people a like seem to do e.g Gordon Brown wanting to refusing the cricket team to go and play in South Africa. (which is good look as our cricket team is shit on a next level)

but in this situation, all it does is cast a shadow over the whole of sport and the event.
Athletes have nothing to do with the way the government is run in China . . all they wanna do is go out and compete, something the majority of them have been training for the most part of there lives. And shouldn't have the hassle of being caught up in this fiasco !

protesters quick question,
what really would have been accomplished if the torch was eventually stolen or put out ?
what would you have done with it ?
it ain't even a proper torch, it don't got BATTERIES !

so just remember my fellow blog readers and Olympic protesters ,
trying to rob a torch off a former blue peter member or a professional athlete is not a good look.

and big up the Chinese guys protecting the torch your shit at your jobs straight baffonery on their parts all day long.

Had enough of these ignorant people commenting on shit they don't know anything about.

Allow those protestors, half of em only have an opinion based purely on the western media/propaganda which is biased anyway. I know there's still problems which needs to be resolved within the country, but they only show and exaggerate the negative side of China, despite the huge social and economical advances in the last decade.

I went to Tibet and China last summer and I had preconceptions of what the military occupation would be like and I've formed my own opinions afterwards. ENough people saying "Free Tibet" who have no idea what's actually going on, and what it's all about. STFU if this is you.

I reread what I wrote a couple of times, and I still can't find where I said that I disgareed with those organisations you mentioned. Maybe you could screenshot it, highlight it in a big fat red circle and send it this way.

What I said was aimed at the protestors, the motherfuckers who's ruining the Olympics needlessly. Where were they last year? Where were they 30 years ago? Due to all this hype about the Olympics and with all these "factual" documentaries being aired coincidentally with the year of the Olympics, I was targetting the bandwagoners, the ones that only know what's been spoon fed to them.

BTW, the flame was extinguished in France by the torch carriers themselves.
