It was a few months ago when Jack linked me to the Logan Sama track rips on grimepedia, a function I shamelessly benefited from. Since then I attended Butterz - the locked off Grime/Dubstep rave on Kingsland Road that promised great things.. Anyway, one positive to take away from that night was getting in touch with Elijah, an admin from Grime Forum.. He's the guy responsible for Butterz. Anyway, the grime genre is the umbrella and the three contributing elements are grimepedia, grimeforum and the soon to launch grimestore. The goal is basically to document and archive the grime genre, encyclopedia style.. As part of this they are looking to photograph all the big hitters from the grime scene.. Which is where I hope to be of some assistance over the next few months..
Aside from this, my original intention was to post a mixtape I was directed to on www.butterz.co.uk mixed and arranged by Skilliam & Elijah. Below is a tracklist.. don't "copy combos" or "limewire the fuck out of tracks".. You've been warned!!
