BIGGER THAN BARRY: ZINC & JOKER

Tickets sold out weeks before the event so we knew this was going to be a smasher, my first time in the Allimo which turned out to be merely a warehouse and a rig. Merely a warehouse and a rig I say but the vibes inside were ridiculous, an absolute sweat box and to quote Zinc "one of the rowdiest crowds I've ever played to".

Sadly Joy Orbison couldn't make it but Zinc and Joker definitely did, they both lifted the roof off! Joker managing to host part of his set himself showcasing plenty of his freshest dubs, some new Skream and Benga bits and managing a crowd surf. I have to confess I nearly ripped his arm off when he unleashed Skream - Metalick!

Yet another massive night. Only downside for me was having to battle with yet another broken TTL cable.
