I love this shade of blue on coats, they've also got the length right which with parka's are usually too long for my liking. Even the epaulettes get a pass.

Denim would be the obvious choice for this season but these chinos from Edwin with their heavier weight will keep your legs nice and toasty.
• Carhartt Chore Coat - Dark Navy - £109.99
For those dry but cold days this coat is ideal, very iconic in it's detailing.
