Sunil Pawar - 'A Show Of Force'

I passed through the opening of Sunil Pawar's 'A Show Of Force' last night in Mayfair at the Stern Pissarro Gallery on St James' Street. Unfamiliar territory for me but something particularly amazing about the quintessential britishness of that part of town. A great place for Sunil to show an extensive amount of new pieces alongside some familiar favourites.

The crowd wasn't your usual freeloaders with some seriously straight characters in expensive suits strolling about the place, while London Posse and Maxta soundtracked the night. Kind of how a PV should be really and the sales made reflect that, with the established art buyers in town for Frieze massive congratulations goes out to Sunil on what was a great opening.
