Fucking around with a new style...
My first thing resembling an attempt at making an HDR image... And here's a brief tutorial of how to acomplish the previously displayed effect... just in the way I did it, experiment with other methods if you want to achieve different results..
Firstly, I set my camera in one place, and with a ten-second timer and a shutter speed of 1 second, and take a couple of pictures (obviously without moving the camera) and then open Photoshop, from there go to 'File' and from the drop down menu select 'Automate' and then 'Merge to HDR' from there, you'll be prompted to find and open images from your computer, you can do this with as many as you want, I imagine.. clearly I opted for two... and then just click ok, and photoshop will create a preview, ok it again and you should be left with your picture, it's not an HDR picture in the true sense, people do truly amazing things with this method, this is just a sort of gully back-route into things, but I quite liked the effect..
You'll need to down-size it to 8-bits per channel in order to save it as jpeg.. Do so by going to the 'Image' option at the top of your Photoshop window, and then Mode, and then selecting the 8bit option.. And voila...
Hopefully more tutorials will follow pending further experimentation, hopefully with heightened success.
