Birmingham New Era Store Launch Party

Got a call from Gavin (Blacksmile) earlier in the week asking me to go down and document the opening party Thursday night for the New Era Flagship store that officially opened yesterday.

I was given little information but told to arrive at 5 o'clock...

The store was much bigger than expected, the usual heads rolled but all together a very quiet affair most probably due to its "invite only" status.

Drum n Bass Mc Tonn Piper passed through to collect the final peice of his outfit for Global Gathering, performing with headliner Andy C is definitely a massive look

The afterparty was at Sobar in Birmingham's Arcadian centre, not renowned for its "coolness" more for it's VIP footballer clientelle snobery but still with free drinks and some classic hip hop pon deckle the atmosphere was nice and easy..
