Parra - Outside Sometimes Collection

A new apparel collection from the legend that be Parra is set to drop today, titled the Outside Sometimes Collection.
I haven't got a clue what it's going to look like, but I can all be certain it's gonna be facking good.

Begins x New Balance 574 Sonic

The more you "trendy East London 2.0" fake Paula Radcliffe looking guys, upload flicks of yourself and mates running down the roads of London and various other parts of the world. Just seems to give New Balance the push to release even more horrible throwaway collaborations.

Not impressed.

Fashion boutique Begins (Beijing, China) and New Balance collaborate together on the 574 model featuring their new Sonic Weld technology. Inspired by all things tropical with an all blue upper with ventilation holes on the toe-box, tongue and around the ankle padding. The tongue label uses black reflective material, along with cork-style image sitting on the mid-sole beneath the ENCAP heel cap, & embossed fish scale detailing can be seen on the heel. The in-sole artwork is an illustration of the sea, sun and clouds giving the overall theme a very summery feel. The shoe comes accompanied with a spare set of orange laces and a ‘fish’ lace accessory with the Begins logo engraved on the side.

Someone over in the New Balance building needs to relax, on signing these colabs off.

Trafalgar by Alfred Dunhill

On the 16th of March Dunhill showed their  Autumn Winter 2012 collection in Shanghai.

Named 'Trafalgar' they used 3D mapping technology and holographic projection to demonstrate the adaptive nature of men's style through the seasons.

Could have used a better sound track but, EHHH. Tight visuals none the less.

B-side by Wale - Custom Cheetah Varsity

Shouts out to my main man designer Craig D over at B-side who put me on their soon to be released Cheetah Varsity jacket.
This will be one of their first quickstrike releases in between the regular seasonal collections.

Who had a word with Penfield? Looks like they are back on their game with this collection. Not going to joke but some of those down jackets were doing nothing for me. This collection reminds me of Pegleg with the simple colours and no fuss in the detailing. Stay on top Penfield....

Hellers Cafe - SS/12

I'm expecting big things for this years Spring Summer offering. Most brands are washing the taste of 'heritage' out their mouths and adding some more than needed personality. This collection from Hellers Cafe is still on that vibe but the execution saves them. Quality is still quality...

Venus X for aNYthing SS12

Shouts out to NYC's very own, Venus X who we see below rocking some of the aNYthing ss12 collection.

I used to think Venus was a devil worshiper LMAO. Could you blame me? Anyone familiar with them o.g GHE20GOTHIK fliers would kinda understand where Im coming from. The imagery on them things used to scare the sh*t out of me. Fortunately I was taught other wise through the homie Jessica.

Regardless, roll on a couple of years and the Venus is everywhere.
Looking at these images, I've come to the conclusion she's the only female with green hair I'd ever allow to eat off my plate at dinner.

Apart from that last "save our wildlife" t'shirt, I think the collection looks solid. All pieces in the above pictures should be rolling out in stores soon.
