"i-Ntroducing: Over It & Co"

The ladies over at Over It & Co recently sat down with Zainabe Jama from i-D online, to talk about their book launch and recent exhibition at the Orange Dot Gallery

Give us a bit of history…
Suzannah: The original idea for Over It & Co came about in the summer of 2007, while I was living in New York City after graduating from university. But it wasn’t until I met Charlotte that it took on its current identity and focus. Our first working project together was my debut solo show at WAH Nails in Dalston, and we haven’t looked back since!

Azealia Banks i-D Interview

My home girl Zainab Jama aka writer extraordinary, recently sat down for a quick interview with raps new baby girl Azealia Banks. Its a brief interview but its still worth a read.

When did it become a passion? When i got rejected by XL. That made me feel like, “How you gonna tell me no?”. It made me compete with myself more, for a while I let rejection crush me. Then I was like “no, this is about me not about them, I need to get back to my plan.”

i-D magazine, the latest issue shows that the British staple is slowly but surely returning to it's very best.

This particular shoot with Jourdan Dunn is easily one of my favorites I've seen this year.

Monocle Magazine, easily one of my favorite magazines ever. They simply have one of, if not the best media model across today's ever changing media field. Simply playing by their rules and not allowing anything to dictate their path.

Side note, If your not familiar with the new monocle 24 hour radio service please get to know. Far to much knowledge is dropped on a array of subjects and sectors within business, culture, design and a whole bunch of other stuff. It's extremely well curated listening content for today's times.
