Sinden @ Custard Factory & Secret Wars Semi Final 1

Passed through for a review for the paper and to get some snaps. A very student orientated crowd, plenty of excessive drinking and ridiculous dancing.

Big set from Sinden, first time I'd caught him and dropped some really filthy tunes, set me up nicely for Jack Beats and Zinc house set over in Leamington this friday.

Next stop was the Rainbow for Secret Wars, it was the first semi final seeing Phil Blake battle Kungfo.

Arriving so late I had already missed the battle, but witnessing the two final peices made me realise I'd missed one hell of a close fight. Maybe the closest battle i've seen at Secret Wars with Phill Blake declared winner. Personally I thought Kungfo's peice was marginally better, drawing with a wrist that had only come out of a cast the day before awell...

Good pics. Have to disagree tho mate, Phill Blakes work has come on loads this year. Phill vs. Bevlak in the final I reckon.

His work may have come on but that Kungfo peice has way more detail and the way you eye works around the image is amazing!
